The Project Manager is responsible for leading the coordination and execution of complex, cross-functional capital and strategic initiatives at Teton Science Schools. This role serves as the central point of integration across internal stakeholders (staff and Board of Directors) and external partners including consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and community stakeholders.
The Project Manager ensures that major projects—such as campus master planning, infrastructure development, and organization-wide facility improvements—are executed effectively, on time, and in alignment with TSS’s mission, financial priorities, and long-term strategic goals.
This role is critical to advancing Teton Science Schools’ long-term vision by ensuring that key capital and infrastructure investments are thoughtfully planned, well-executed, and aligned with mission impact. The Project Manager enables the organization to deliver on high-priority initiatives without overburdening programmatic leadership.
