- Utilize a consultative and strategic approach to support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, and selection of top talent in a cost-effective manner.
- Execute innovative recruiting processes and leverage market intelligence to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ensure recruitment policies, processes, and legal requirements comply with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Partner with business leaders using subject matter expertise and recruiting tools to improve quality of hire.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting activities including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, compliance, and communication.
- Plan, monitor, and execute internal talent acquisition projects independently.
- Utilize labor market insights, data trends, and competitive intelligence to build diverse applicant pools.
- Serve as a functional domain specialist for assigned business areas by developing recruiting, networking, and talent pipelining strategies.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders while mentoring recruiters within the assigned functional space.
- Handle complex recruiting challenges independently with minimal supervision.
Qualification:- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Requires at least four years of related recruiting experience.
Preferred:- previous experience in digital or technology recruiting.
