With a collaborative, family-oriented culture and a loyal client base, they offer a stable yet growth-driven environment where employees are truly valued.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Interior Construction - Gaithersburg, MD will be responsible for:Managing interior construction projects valued between $100K and $5MOverseeing office and healthcare tenant improvement projects, with a focus on $300K-$2MLeading multiple projects simultaneously across different phases of deliveryFacilitating OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and maintain clear communicationReviewing, approving, and managing project change ordersDriving projects from preconstruction through closeoutEnsuring project timelines are met within 6-16 week schedulesUtilizing Procore and MS Office for project tracking, documentation, and reportingCoordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
