If you are interested in this role and have ground-up commercial construction experience with a general contractor, please apply or reach out to Ryan Blake at 617-933-6535.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Industrial Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for:Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from award through closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasting effortsLead communication with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractorsReview and manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersPartner with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project objectivesMonitor project financial performance, including cost tracking and risk managementLead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
