Project Manager - Industrial Automation -Hybrid

Overview: Location: Remote, but with occasional onsite work in Eastern PA and some overnight travel Job Type: Contract to Hire Work Authorization: US Citizen/Green Card holder The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of Project Management experience involving large-scale engineering, automation, industrial, or robotics projects.

Overview: Responsibilities:

• Plan, control, and coordinate the scope, budget, and schedule of projects
• Make the necessary decisions to ensure project success
• Ensure that sufficient resources are available for the proper execution of the project
• Communicate with clients and maintain an excellent relationship with them
• Coordinate work with internal teams to ensure project progress
• Track, document, and update the budget, and manage changes and addenda for each project
• Plan and supervise delivery, installation, and start-up activities
• Monitor the budget through the ERP system
• Ensure governance of assigned projects, including reporting and updating project management tools, KPIs, etc.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with an ERP system
• Ability to lead and facilitate in-person and virtual meeting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Strong negotiation skills; Able to manage expectations regarding changes to scope, budget, and timelines
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel within the U.S. and to Canada

Preferred

• Specific experience managing complex engineering, automation, or industrial equipment projects
• PMP certification
• Working knowledge or proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP
