This role is ideal for a leader with experience managing large project teams, coordinating complex building systems, and delivering high-quality projects while growing with a company that offers a strong pipeline, exceptional benefits, and clear opportunities for advancement.Job DescriptionLead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion. Report directly into the Director & President of Construction. Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety. Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools. Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement. Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients. Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.What's on OfferBase salary: $100-130K, based upon experience.
