Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our real estate projects, from conception to completion. This is a key role in our company and requires a strong leader with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.

- Manage and coordinate the work of project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project timeline or budget.

- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.

- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

- PMP certification is a plus.
