Job Title: Project Manager III Location:8830 Biggs Ford Road Walkersville, MD 21793 Remote / Hybrid (Based on Business Needs) Schedule: Monday Friday | Standard Business Hours Contract Type:10 months contract with potential direct hire opportunity Payrate: $39.22 - $65.35 per hour Benefits:Weekly Pay, Health, Dental and Vision benefits Role Overview The Product Manager, Bioprocessing CGT will drive business growth through proactive product lifecycle management, innovation strategy, portfolio expansion, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as a key interface between R&D, Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams to develop and execute global portfolio strategies supporting Cell & Gene Therapy solutions. This position supports TheraPEAK product portfolio, helping customers accelerate therapy development from discovery through commercialization using GMP-compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Line Strategy Manage the full lifecycle of assigned bioprocessing and CGT product portfolios Develop and execute innovation and product development strategies Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities Lead new product development initiatives including: Business case development Stage-gate process management Product specifications and use cases Beta testing programs Product launch preparation Develop pricing, positioning, and channel strategies across global markets Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to drive revenue and profitability goals Identify opportunities for new technologies, services, improved margins, and IP expansion Sales & Operations Planning / Performance Insights Lead forecasting activities to align production planning with customer demand Monitor portfolio performance including: Revenue Margins Volume targets Inventory management Analyze customer-level trends to identify risks and growth opportunities Provide portfolio performance reporting to business leadership Maintain strong cross-functional communication with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams Marketing Planning Support development of global marketing plans and campaigns Partner with Marketing teams to create technical product messaging and PR content Support product positioning and go-to-market activities Contribute technical expertise to campaign and promotional initiatives Product Sales & Technical Support Provide technical product expertise to Sales and Service teams Respond to non-routine customer, technical, regulatory, and business inquiries Participate in customer meetings, sales calls, and global/regional sales meetings Lead technical and regulatory training initiatives for commercial teams Build technical awareness internally to improve customer support capabilities Safety & Compliance Support compliance with: FDA regulations ISO 9001:2015 standards GMP requirements Quality systems Participate in Deviation Review Board meetings Support CAPA and Change Control activities Partner with Quality, Sales, and Marketing teams on customer communication and regulatory positioning Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred in: Biology Biotechnology Biochemistry Life Sciences Related scientific discipline Experience in: Product Management Bioprocessing Cell & Gene Therapy Life Sciences or Biotech industry Strong understanding of: Product lifecycle management Product development Commercial strategy GMP/regulatory environments Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills TMN5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
