SCHEDULE: This position is remote-based and requires attendance at 2-3 in-person meetings each month
SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Director of Housing Development or an Associate Director of Housing Development, the Project Manager III performs the full range of tasks related to the acquisition, financing, design and construction of affordable housing for Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC). Projects include new construction and rehabilitation of existing buildings, and the expectation of a Project Manager III position is that the employee can move forward at least two development projects simultaneously and identify any major risks and recommended mitigants to the Director and/or Associate Director of Housing Development. The Project Manager III position may also be asked to take on strategic initiatives within the department to advance project pipeline goals and/or evaluate and improve department systems and procedures.
