Job Description: 
We are seeking a contract Project Manager to lead the rapid construction of temporary structures. This is a fast-paced, short-duration engagement requiring someone who can hit the ground running. 

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end construction activities, including scheduling, contractor coordination, and milestone tracking 
Ensure design requirements and specifications are met throughout the build 
Identify and drive lead time reductions across procurement, fabrication, and installation 
Manage vendors and subcontractors, including scope, performance, and change orders 
Track project budget and flag cost variances early 
Oversee safety compliance and ensure all work meets applicable standards 
Communicate status, risks, and blockers to project stakeholders 

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field 
5+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or structures 
Demonstrated ability to compress schedules and manage multiple work streams simultaneously 
Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and change orders 
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
PMP or equivalent experience preferred 

Preferred:
Experience managing construction or installation of temporary or modular structures, including tent structures 
Familiarity with rapid-deploy or expeditionary construction environments
