Project Manager II

Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under general supervision. Supervisor provides limited direction.

Position Responsibilities:

• Buildingrelationshipswithcustomers,manufacturers,andoutsidesalespeople
• Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data
• Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project
• Perform material take-offs
• Submittal creation
• Produce add order quotations
• Negotiate job buy-out
• Maintain knowledge of currently represented products
• Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project closeout
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Essential Skills:

• (2) or more years of lighting project management required
• Possesses customer service experience
• Ability and willingness to teach others
• Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
• A team-first attitude
• Must have excellent math skills
• Must be proficient on Word, Blue Beam and Outlook
• At least four years of Excel experience
