Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for ERP projects and enhancements. 
This remote contract role involves managing change work, ensuring efficient team operations, and aligning project goals with business priorities. 
Candidates should have experience with ERP systems and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery for ERP teams, facilitating ceremonies and promoting best practices.
Manage the execution of enhancements and projects, ensuring backlog prioritization.
Identify and remove impediments, escalate risks, and support mitigation planning.
Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and transparency.
Track Agile metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
Experience with ERP implementations or enhancements.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
