What You'll Do
As a key member of our Project Engineering team, you will:
Provide technical project management and direction.
Coordinate engineering activities and resolve critical issues.
Act as the technical liaison for customers and EPC representatives.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Support cross-functional design complexities and technical issues.
Manage the Engineering Budget and provide quarterly estimates.
Present project issue resolutions to upper management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, and/or Field Engineering.
Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 10% - 15%).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferences
Customer-facing experience.
Experience with GTCC – Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
Creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of plant system design engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and/or testing.
Continuous process improvement mindset.
This position requires you to be in the office 2-3 days per week, offering flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
