Description
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout with full ownership
Lead budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
Oversee self-storage, logistics, industrial, and specialty commercial projects
Coordinate with field teams, owners, architects, and vendors
Drive project meetings, solve issues, and keep milestones on track
Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
Maintain project profitability, forecasting, and cost controls
Travel occasionally to project sites across the U.S. or Canada (minimal)
Deliver high-quality projects while maintaining strong client relationships
Profile
5+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor
Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
Experience in commercial, industrial, self-storage, warehouse, or related markets preferred
Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management
Proficiency with Procore or similar construction software
Professional, client-facing communicator who works well with diverse teams
Hard-working, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Construction-related degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
Job Offer
Base salary of $90,000 - $110,000
$1,000/month car allowance
