JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Project Manager I is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of capital equipment projects within a cross-functional environment. This role assists in coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and facilitating communication between internal teams and customers. The Project Manager I works closely with Project Manager II’s and Senior Project Managers to develop core project management competencies while contributing to successful project delivery. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative engineering and manufacturing environment.
