Position Summary: This position is responsible for Project Management services for projects through out Guthrie Health System. Through strong leadership and experience this person will manage projects from program through all phases of schematic and design development, construction documentation, bidding construction, occupancy and project close out.
Experience: Working knowledge of applicable codes, regulations and building standards. Must possess ability to collaborate with health system personal, architects, engineers, consultants for the development of plans and specifications necessary for management of projects from program development through design, construction and occupancy. Work requires analytical ability to analyze data, determine planning and facilitates strategies for successful planning and completion of projects. Strong estimating, scheduling and project tracking skills are necessary. Training and experience in handling multiple projects while maintaining schedule, budget and control of each. Experience with project budget development and expense control tracking. ASHE Construction Certification desirable.
