In this role, you’ll lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working side‑by‑side with Superintendents and field teams on site. You’ll own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, using modern construction technology to drive smart decisions and keep projects on track. You’ll also partner closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver high‑quality work you’re proud of.  This is a great opportunity for a project leader who values teamwork, accountability, and seeing their impact firsthand every day, in the field.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 to $149,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
  • Four-year engineering or construction management degree. An equivalent combination of
    education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Five to seven years of related experience.
  • Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications,
    building materials and required standards applicable to subject area.
  • Proficiency in 0365 office suite.
  •  A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company,
