General Function
Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and up to 3 years of related experience; or an Associate Degree from a regionally accredited institution and 5 years of related experience. A Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM) is required at time of application, or within 12 months of hire. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
ITIL Foundations Certification is required within 9 months of hire.
Knowledge and skills in one or more areas of network telecommunication, system administration, analysis, design and database management in terms of concepts, techniques and operating principles are highly preferred
