As a Mechanical Project Manager, your responsibilities would include overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects. Your job would involve working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and specifications.
Some of the specific duties may include:
Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and schedules
Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work
Preparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
Supervising project team members and providing guidance and support as needed
Identifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
Conducting project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client
Overall, as a Mechanical Project Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that Plumbing & HVAC projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
