Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of corporate interior projects in Houston
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivery
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including each Junior Designer, to maintain design integrity
Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall profitability
Guide design development, technical documentation, and construction administration
Mentor and support team members, including every Junior Designer, fostering growth and performance
Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations
What You Bring
Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
10+ years of experience in Corporate Interiors or corporate interior design
Architectural license preferred
Proven leadership in managing complex design projects
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools
Experience working with and mentoring a Junior Designer team
