Pay Rate: Starting at $52.00/hour (

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a leading, patient-centered healthcare system in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact enterprise implementation, driving a full-scale Oracle Supply Chain rollout from testing through successful go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Oracle Supply Chain implementation projects from planning through go-live.

   

• Coordinate project activities across business, technical, and vendor teams, including Oracle, GHX, and Tecsys.

   

• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

   

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining RAID logs and issue tracking.

   

• Partner with executive leadership and the Director of Implementation to ensure project success.

   

• Facilitate testing, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

   

• Utilize Jira to manage project planning, reporting, and team accountability.

   

• Provide executive-level status updates and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

   

• Drive collaboration across multiple departments while ensuring project governance and compliance.

   

• Maintain focus on quality, timelines, and successful delivery in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

   

• 5+ years of enterprise project management experience leading large-scale technology implementations.

   

• Experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Supply Chain implementation.

   

• Healthcare industry project management experience strongly preferred.

   

• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, including procure-to-pay, inventory, warehouse, and materials management.

   

• Proven success managing cross-functional business, technical, and vendor teams.

   

• Experience managing projects through planning, testing, deployment, cutover, and go-live.

   

• Hands-on experience with Jira, RAID logs, project reporting, and risk management.

   

• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

   

• PMP certification is a plus.
