Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of Maintenance Build projects from initiation through handover.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Manage onsite-offshore delivery teams and coordinate global project activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for client management and key stakeholders.
Facilitate project governance meetings and progress updates.
Manage client expectations, scope clarifications, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
Experience in SAP PM Structures and Work Management Process
Oversee development of Project activities including –
Asset Register and Asset Hierarchy.
Functional Locations and Equipment Masters.
Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA).
Maintenance Strategies
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies.
Maintenance Plans and Items, Task List and PRTs
MM & Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Spare Parts Analysis.
LORA (Level of Repair Analysis).
Inventory Optimization and Min-Max recommendations.
Preservation and Operational Readiness deliverables.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Maintenance, Reliability, SAP PM/EAM, Materials, and Data specialists.
Monitor project progress, quality, productivity, revenue, and milestone achievement.
Manage risks, issues, changes, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee integration with SAP PM, SAP S/4HANA system
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with client standards.
Drive continuous improvement, knowledge management, and lessons-learned initiatives.

Experience

 

5+ years managing large-scale Maintenance Build or Operational Readiness programs.
Proven delivery experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemical, Power, Mining, or Industrial sectors.
Experience managing multi-location and global delivery teams.
Strong knowledge of SAP PM/EAM implementations and maintenance data development projects.
