Job Details
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or Finance preferred)
  • PMP certification required (or actively pursuing)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or actively pursuing)
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within infrastructure or engineering projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects, clients, and product lines simultaneously
  • Strong background in water and sewer infrastructure projects
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting technical field data
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and gross margin management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and budget
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to drive process improvements and support expansion initiatives
