Max Client Bill Rate: $50.00/hr
Location: Charlotte, NC; Houston, TX; or potentially Dallas, TX
Schedule: Hybrid – Charlotte and Houston follow a Monday/Friday WFH schedule, with on-site work Tuesday–Thursday. Occasional overtime may be required but is not expected.
Travel: Up to 10% for customer meetings or field visits.
Expenses: Mileage reimbursement for business-related travel.

Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all assigned projects, with a strong emphasis on financial oversight and schedule adherence. This includes coordinating deliverables, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet contractual requirements and deadlines. The PM will proactively identify risks, lead mitigation efforts, and maintain stakeholder alignment, while adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer scope, objectives, timelines, and run rates.
Anticipate and coordinate resource and logistical requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert in deployment-related customer meetings.
Maintain accurate and reportable data in company and customer systems.
Provide timely and transparent status updates to all stakeholders.

Manage risks, actions, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and work order adjustments in line with contractual practices.

Education & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
PMP Certification preferred
Experience Requirements
5+ years of project management experience
Experience managing project budgets and financial performance
Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly with large datasets and data organization
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Familiarity with construction services (telco, power, fiber, basic construction, antennas)
Understanding of public right-of-way project deployment
Ability to diagnose workflow issues and critical path delays, and implement solutions
Financial acumen with the ability to identify and address cost issues
Customer-facing project management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
