Participate in weekly site walks to monitor progress, verify work aligns with plans and specifications, and document field conditions.

Job TitleOverseeing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with scheduled site visits at least once per week.Participate in weekly site walks to monitor progress, verify work aligns with plans and specifications, and document field conditions.Enforce safety oversight by reinforcing OSHA requirements and OHT Partners' safety standards during site visits and coordination meetings.Coordinate with superintendents and trade partners on schedule updates, sequencing, manpower planning, and site logistics.Track material procurement, equipment needs, and delivery schedules to ensure project milestones are met.Direct quality control efforts by reviewing installations, addressing deficiencies, and following up on corrective actions.Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes to internal teams and ownership.Assist in leading subcontractor coordination meetings and maintaining clear communication between field teams and project leadership.Monitor project documentation, change management items, and cost impacts related to field conditions.Proactively identify risks, coordinate solutions with the project team, and help resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.About Our ClientThis organization is a long-standing commercial general contractor with multiple offices across the Southern U.S. They operate with a strong culture built on safety, teamwork, leadership, and trusted long-term relationships.
