Our client is a rapidly expanding commercial builder that's making major strides across the Midwest-and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Indianapolis team.

Client Details

This client is a well-established, privately held general contractor & developer known for delivering high-quality hospitality and specialized construction projects across the US. They have a strong reputation for long-term client relationships working with some of the most luxirous hotel brands, operational discipline, and a collaborative, people-first culture with a focus on leadership development and project excellence.

Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Work directly with the principals of the company to create SOPs and help scale them out
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project profitability
  • Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and field leadership
  • Serve as primary client point of contact
  • Drive contract compliance, risk management, and change orders
  • Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
  • Collaborate with estimators and executives during precon
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and Engineers

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project managemen or
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience on hospitality or multifamily projects required
  • Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project (or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow

Job Offer

  • Base salary: $100k - $125K+
