Oversee project finances including cost reporting, forecasting, pay applications, subcontract management, and change orders. Utilize Procore for project administration, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration. Partner closely with field leadership, owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Multifamily, hospitality, townhome, or large-scale commercial construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of project financials, cost controls, forecasting, and pay applications. Proficient with Procore and construction management technology. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams. Construction-related degree preferred but not required. Stable work history with reputable contractors or developers.What's on OfferBase salary up to $150,000, dependent on experience.
