Project Manager - Historic Restoration / Interiors - MDThe Project Manager - Historic Restoration / Interiors - MD will:Manage full project lifecycle including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeoutOversee 2-3 concurrent projects across historic restoration and interior construction scopesLead buyouts, contracts, change orders, and cost controls to protect margins and schedulesCoordinate daily with Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and vendorsCollaborate with architects, preservation consultants, agencies, and ownership teamsInterpret historic drawings, surveys, and condition assessments to guide construction decisionsNavigate agency reviews, approvals, and preservation requirements common to historic projectsOversee quality control including mock-ups, test panels, inspections, and finish standardsEnsure compliance with approved preservation methods, materials, and documentationManage projects on occupied, phased, or sensitive sites with strong safety and protection plansDrive schedules and budgets in complex, high-touch environmentsDeliver polished, high-end interior finishes with a strong attention to detailMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
