Specialize in renovation projects of both high end residential and commercial projects, mostly within the city of Boston - brownstone renovations, retail fit outs.Job DescriptionLead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, address any challenges, and implement effective solutions to maintain schedules. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Experience being in a client facing role. Relevant project experience; High End Residential and Commercial projects renovations. Experience running at least one project on their own. Proven experience managing construction projects within the business services industry. Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
