    Work Location: Hybrid between the office and job sites (Gloucester & Camden counties)Richard E. Pierson Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our division in New Jersey. Areas of work include highway, bridges, utilities, and marine/port work.ResponsibilitiesAssist with on-site project team to ensure project successEnsure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlinesResponsible for schedule development and implementation, work planning, and issue identification and resolutionResponsible for RFI and submittal processProcesses owner billings and project related accounting issuesConduct meetings to successfully identify safety concerns and exposures in adherence with company safety programMonitors work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnelMonitors profit and loss statements on a monthly basis and maintains them throughout the projectSchedules, supervises and attends internal and external pre-construction and post-construction meetingsAssumes responsibility for all financial aspects of project including collections to ensure maximum profit marginsCollaborates with client/owner on a regular basis to maintain great relationshipsQualificationsMust have 5+ years of Project Management experience in the construction industryExperience with NJDOT, heavy highway, bridge, or marine work is preferredExperience in estimating, operations, or engineering is requiredBS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
