Job Title: Project Manager – Healthcare (Voice Agent Preferred)

Location: Remote – India
Shift: US / UK Shift (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong experience in healthcare technology projects, particularly in healthcare applications and digital health solutions. Experience with AI-driven voice agents, conversational AI, or healthcare contact center automation solutions is highly preferred.

You will work closely with senior project managers, cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and clients (primarily US/UK-based) to ensure successful delivery of multiple software development projects. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing projects in US/UK time zones and collaborating with global teams.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of multiple healthcare software development projects

  • Support planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and client-specific requirements

  • Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies (if applicable)

  • Monitor quality standards to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory needs

Healthcare & Voice Agent Projects (Preferred)

  • Manage or support projects related to:

    • Healthcare applications (EHR/EMR integrations, patient engagement platforms, telehealth solutions)

    • AI-driven voice agents or conversational AI in healthcare

    • Healthcare automation, patient support bots, or contact center solutions

  • Coordinate with AI/ML, engineering, and product teams for voice-based or automation-driven solutions

  • Ensure healthcare compliance considerations (HIPAA awareness preferred)

Stakeholder & Client Communication

  • Act as a communication bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership

  • Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and progress tracking

  • Manage expectations across US/UK stakeholders

  • Conduct project meetings and maintain documentation (MoMs, risk logs, status dashboards)

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist in resource planning and allocation

  • Track budgets, invoices, and project financials

  • Support vendor coordination and procurement activities

  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination when needed

  • Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency

Risk & Quality Management

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

  • Maintain risk registers and escalation frameworks

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and SDLC best practices


Required Qualifications

Education

  • B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination

  • Mandatory experience in healthcare technology projects

  • Prior experience working with US/UK clients or global teams

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent software development projects

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

  • Experience with project management tools such as:

    • Jira

    • MS Project

    • Smartsheet

    • Trello / Asana

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and healthcare workflows


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on AI-powered voice agents or conversational AI platforms

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA awareness preferred)

  • Exposure to:

    • EHR/EMR systems

    • Revenue cycle management systems

    • Healthcare payer/provider workflows

  • Certifications such as:

    • PMP

    • CAPM

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  • Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments

  • Exposure to financial tracking and vendor management
