Job Title: Project Manager Healthcare (Voice Agent Preferred)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong
experience in healthcare technology projects, particularly in healthcare applications and digital
health solutions. Experience with AI-driven voice agents, conversational AI, or healthcare
contact center automation solutions is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience managing voice agent
implementations within provider systems, including integrations with platforms such as Epic
and Meditech.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and
primarily US-based clients to drive the successful delivery of multiple software development
projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Lead end-to-end execution of multiple healthcare software development projects
Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget
Track schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and client requirements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Maintain quality standards to meet client and regulatory expectations
Healthcare & Voice Agent Projects (Preferred)
Manage or contribute to projects involving:
Healthcare applications (EHR/EMR integrations, patient engagement platforms,
telehealth solutions)
AI-driven voice agents and conversational AI solutions
Healthcare automation and contact center technologies
Lead or support voice agent implementations integrated with provider systems
(e.g., Epic, Meditech)
Coordinate with AI/ML, engineering, and product teams for voice-based and automation-
driven solutions
Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA awareness preferred)
Stakeholder & Client Communication
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and leadership
Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports
Manage expectations of US-based stakeholders
Conduct project meetings and maintain clear documentation (MoMs, dashboards, risk
logs)
Operations & Coordination
Support resource planning and allocation
Track budgets, invoices, and overall project financials
Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners
Assist in team onboarding and cross-functional coordination
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
Risk & Quality Management
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain risk registers and escalation processes
Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Experience
2 5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination
Mandatory experience in healthcare technology projects
Experience working with US-based clients or global teams
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent software development projects
Experience with provider systems integrations such as Epic or Meditech (strongly
preferred)
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello,
or Asana
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and healthcare workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-powered voice agents or conversational AI platforms
Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA awareness preferred)
Exposure to:
EHR/EMR systems
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Healthcare payer/provider workflows
Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Exposure to financial tracking and vendor management
