This client values culture and is a tight knit community.DescriptionProvide project management assistance through completion of projects on time and under budget.Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.Help create, review, negotiate, and works with the project team to process the meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for informationEstablish, communicate, and implement the Project ScheduleInterpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.Develop a thorough understanding of the details of the projectManage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program.Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisionsProfileExperience working on light industrial projects2+ Years of construction experience at a general contractorAbility to effectively lead and communicate with owners and peersEager to grow into a lead superintendentAbility to travel within Minneapolis as needed.Exceptional organization, time-management and leadership skillsJob OfferA competitive base salary between $140,000-$140,000 (Depending on Experience)Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
