Job Details

15+ years of experience in commercial construction, including work with large-scale general contractors and complex healthcare or institutional projects.
Proven background in business development, client relations, and sales strategy within the construction industry.
Extensive experience in estimating, field operations, superintendent leadership, and project management on commercial, mission critical, and healthcare construction projects.
Strong passion for construction with a commitment to quality, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Skilled in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and communicating effectively across internal teams and stakeholders.
Results-driven professional with strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated approach.
Effective in gathering, presenting, and communicating information across multiple departments and leadership levels.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring teams, delegating responsibilities, and driving accountability.
