Description

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Oversee procurement and manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
• Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Healthcare should have:

• A strong understanding of healthcare construction processes and standards.
• Experience on healthcare projects ideally $10M+
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
