Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Oversee procurement and manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes. Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
