Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing healthcare renovation projects in active, occupied hospital settings from pre‑construction through close‑out
- Leading and coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
- Maintaining clear communication with hospital stakeholders while working in sensitive areas such as ICUs and inpatient units
- Enforcing safety, infection control, and site‑specific protocols at all times
- Overseeing project documentation, cost tracking, change management, and reporting
- Partnering closely with superintendents and senior leadership to deliver projects
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Experience managing renovations in occupied spaces; healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage field teams and multiple project stakeholders
- Professional, detail‑oriented, and mindful approach suitable for sensitive hospital environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside the business
