We are seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager with a minimum of seven (7) years of hospital renovation experience ($500K to $3M). This role is ideal for a professional who has successfully managed multiple concurrent projects within the same hospital campus and excels in client communication, stakeholder coordination, and multitasking.

Client Details

Our client is a mid-size General Contractor that has a strong background of projects in; institutional, health care, government, bio-tech and general commercial.

Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent healthcare renovation projects.
  • Serve as primary liaison with hospital leadership, facilities teams, and user groups.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting activities.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate project phasing to minimize disruption to hospital operations.
  • Conduct OAC meetings and provide executive-level project reporting.
  • Support preconstruction planning and constructability reviews.
  • Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.

Profile

  • Minimum 7 years healthcare construction experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within occupied hospitals.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preffered
