Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

A rapidly growing general contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of healthcare interior projects. This role will focus on delivering projects ranging from ~$2M-$5M, primarily within hospital and outpatient lab environments. The position offers a clear trajectory into senior leadership roles as the company continues to scale.

Description

• Manage healthcare interior construction projects frompreconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure project execution meets quality and safety standards
• Drive project delivery within active hospital or clinical environments
• Partner with leadership to support continued growth and operational scaling

Profile

• • 7+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong background in healthcare interiors, specifically hospitals or outpatient labs
  • Experience managing projects in the $3M+ range
  • Background with established general contractors preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Job Offer

• Base salary typically ranging from $115K-$140K depending on experience
