Senior Project ManagerOur client is a well-established general contractor specializing in multi-family and commercial construction throughout the Chicagoland area. This is more than a replacement hire-it's an opportunity to step into a highly visible role as the former Project Manager has been promoted to CEO. You'll immediately take ownership of major projects while helping shape the future of a growing office with significant leadership investment. With multiple $25M-$35M ground-up multifamily developments in the pipeline and an active $30M project underway, you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while positioning yourself for long-term career growth.Glimpse of your role:Manage multiple ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication.Lead project meetings and coordinate with field teams, owners, architects, and subcontractors.Handle change orders, billing, forecasting, and overall financial performance.Work closely with estimating and operations to ensure successful project delivery.Utilize Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office to manage projects efficiently.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
