Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls. Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration. Coordinate with Superintendents, ownership groups, design teams, consultants, and trade partners. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks affecting schedule or budget. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Lead owner meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Support forecasting, reporting, and financial performance of assigned projects. Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a team-oriented environment.The Successful Applicant5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction. Proven experience managing ground-up wood-frame garden-style multifamily projects valued at $40M+. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
