A bit about us:

We are a Southeast Florida commercial builder with a steady project pipeline spanning $250,000 tenant improvements to $30 million ground up commercial builds across multiple sectors.

Our structure is intentionally flat when it comes to project leadership. Project managers here own their work end to end — from the first estimate through final closeout — and we have built internal processes specifically to support that ownership rather than undercut it. If you have spent time at a GC where you managed a phase of the project instead of the whole thing, this is a different kind of company.

Why join us?

Compensation tied directly to your results: base salary up to $140,000 plus 10% of your project's profitability. If your project returns $1,000,000 in profit, you earn $100,000 on top of your base. Push $1,500,000 in profit and that number is $150,000. Strong project managers here can significantly outperform the base — and that is the design, not the exception.

Full project ownership from preconstruction through closeout. You estimate it, bid it, build it, and close it — not a segment of it.

Steady commercial pipeline across Southeast Florida with consistent project volume. No feast-or-famine work cycle.

Supportive leadership and stable internal processes that get out of your way and let you perform.

Long-term growth opportunity in one of the most active commercial construction markets in the country.

Job Details

This is a full-cycle project management role. You will lead commercial projects from $250,000 to $30,000,000 in Southeast Florida across multiple sectors, starting with estimates, bids, and proposals in preconstruction.

From there, you own the project:

Budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement. Field coordination with your Superintendent and trades. Direct client communication and progress reporting. Change order management and contract administration. Cost tracking and project documentation. Delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standard.

Your compensation is tied directly to the results you produce. If that model interests you, we should talk.
