The Opportunity

As a Project Manager - Grid Components, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives within the Grid Components Business Unit, playing a central role in delivering projects that support reliable and efficient energy systems.

In this position, you will thrive at the intersection of technical delivery and collaboration, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle-from quote handoff through closeout-while acting as the primary connection between customers and project teams.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead multiple complex projects with defined goals, timelines, and outcomes

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage escalations

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external teams

  • Plan and manage scope, budgets, resources, and schedules

  • Oversee documentation related to scope, financials, and risk management

  • Manage project financials, including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow

  • Monitor progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards

  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and share learnings

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience

  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and tools (e.g., MS Project)

  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and contracts

  • PMP certification preferred and willingness to travel up to 30%

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
