Summary:

  • Location: Greenville, SC
  • Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Support HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and streamlining
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Adobe software to create/modify PDF files
  • Experience in process documentation and substantiation
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with project management software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to improve methods, optimize processes, and streamline workflows
