JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary customer contact and lead multifaceted capital equipment projects from initiation through completion typically 5M

Lead project planning scheduling and execution with guidance from PM leadership

Coordinate with sales and applications teams to support budget entry and purchase order reconciliation

Develop and maintain project schedules resource plans and key milestones to ensure timely delivery

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal teams and external customers

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering manufacturing sales finance and service teams

Track project financials forecasts and profitability ensuring alignment with business targets

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies escalating issues as needed

Manage change order requests including pricing schedule adjustments and scope alignment

Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing FAT and support customer visits

Drive project closeout activities through customer acceptance and payment completion

Assist with OEM specification packages bid requests and construction bid support as needed

Support site surveys customer kick-off meetings and contractor site walks when required

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including 8020 workshops and Toolbox projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in Engineering OR minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience if no engineering degree

Minimum 3 years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing or capital equipment environments

Experience managing large-scale technical or manufacturing projects

Strong ability to coordinate across engineering manufacturing sales and customer teams

Experience supporting project financials forecasting and profitability tracking

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Ability to develop and manage technical solutions with internal teams suppliers vendors and customers

Strong communication skills with ability to lead meetings and present technical information clearly

Experience with project management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational time management and prioritization skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to travel up to ~25

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in secondary packaging machinery or line layout within food beverage or personal care industries

Knowledge of electrical systems including schematics panel design and components motors drives servos sensors etc.

Familiarity with Rockwell and Siemens automation platforms

PMP Certification

Experience with Toolbox or similar continuous improvement frameworks
