  • Pay Rate: $16.50 $83.20 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

This role leads the development and management of integrated schedules supporting the client's General Rate Case (GRC) asset management programs. The position coordinates activities across Regulatory Affairs, Risk Modeling, Finance, Strategy, and program teams to track milestones, monitor status, drive accountability, and facilitate stakeholder alignment. The incumbent proactively identifies and resolves issues, removes barriers, and ensures timely execution of deliverables to support regulatory filings, investment planning, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and management of integrated schedules supporting the client's General Rate Case (GRC) asset management programs.
  • Coordinates activities across Regulatory Affairs, Risk Modeling, Finance, Strategy, and program teams to track milestones, monitor status, drive accountability, and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues, removes barriers, and ensures timely execution of deliverables to support regulatory filings, investment planning, and strategic objectives.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including schedule development and maintenance, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue and risk management, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and support cross-functional teams in achieving critical deliverables and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience within the electric utility industry, particularly supporting asset management, capital planning, or regulatory programs.
  • Demonstrated success project managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, including the development and delivery of strategic investment plans, regulatory filings (e.g., GRC, RAMP, WMP), or other executive- and regulator-facing documentation.
  • Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and build alignment across regulatory, finance, risk, strategy, and operational organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree and PMP certification desired if possible.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
