Project Manager, Global Markets Operations

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new back-office system for Global Markets Operations, working closely with key stakeholders across Operations and Compliance. This person will serve as the IT Project Manager within the Global Market IT Post Trade team, driving project delivery and coordination across business and technology functions. THREE DAYS ONSITE PER WEEK REQUIRED IN NYC!

Description

• Manage project planning activities, maintain synchronized IT and Jira project plans, and oversee change requests and dependencies.
• Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets, timelines, risks, and overall delivery progress.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness by maintaining project documentation and enforcing standards, controls, and escalation processes.
• Lead stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination to support delivery readiness, production rollout, operational handover, and project closure activities.

Profile

• Proven experience in the Finance or Banking industry across IT project management, business analysis, and technology delivery functions.
• Strong background managing operational or regulatory IT projects using Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira and Agile delivery frameworks, with a mininum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
