Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet our quality, design, and process standards.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed and managing their expectations throughout the project and its life cycle.
* Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams to ensure deadlines are met.
* Oversee the submission of necessary documents to governmental agencies and present project proposals.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project objectives and strategies.
* Monitor project budgets and prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices.
* Ensure all projects comply with company standards and participate in regular team meetings.
* Ensure value-based design is provided on each project.

Requirements:

* Degree in civil engineering or similar stormwater design experience degree
* Professionally licensed engineer or landscape architect with stormwater design experience
* Expert knowledge in NPDES permitting
* 10+ years" experience in south central PA market
* Fully remote role but must have a proximity and network in south central PA
