Job TitleConstruction Project ManagerJob DescriptionOversee all aspects of construction project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals and deliverables. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Minimal travel (3-4 days a month). Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimate. Ideally commercial/multifamily experience ($5M-$15M). Ability to work autonomously and manage project from full cradle to grave. A solid understanding of construction project management principles and practices. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and compliance requirements.
