Project Manager

A growing industrial organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, milestones, and performance metrics to leadership
• Ensure alignment with quality, safety, and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and execution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
